Beach Urgent Care was created to meet the needs of both the residents and visitors of the Grand Strand.  All of our employees were handpicked due to their medical skills, caring manner and ability to provide care quickly and competently without needless wasting of your valuable time.  We have gone out of our way to provide you with a relaxing and comfortable environment including wireless internet and HDTV, although we expect that you will have little time to enjoy them as our staff expeditiously provide you care.   

Our patients will also be pleased to know that we utilize the latest in Digital Radiography and Electronic Health Records so that redundancy and expense is reduced while clarity and speed of communications with other medical providers both in our community and at distant locations is greatly improved.  

We realize that medical issues don’t always fit into typical office hours.  That’s why we are open seven days a week with extended hours throughout the week to meet your needs, on your schedule.  We are specifically organized to provide family and urgent care to both our local population and those visiting the area.  We provide both walk-in and office appointments to make your scheduling easier. 

Dr. Ron Reynolds has been practicing medicine in the Grand Strand area for over 23 years.  He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a past officer and board member of the South Carolina chapter of the America College of Emergency Medicine.  

Dr. Reynolds has been a leader in providing innovative improvements in patient care and convenience. He organized and administered the first international conference on bioterrorism for Emergency Medicine Physicians following 9-11. 

Dr. Reynolds was a founding member of Carolina Health Specialists and practiced Emergency Medicine at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for many years.  He served in the role of medical director for the state’s largest urgent care company prior to forming Beach Urgent Care.
